You can join multiple times and learn each time something different about yourself or just for a one off time to treat yourself.
Two hours to regulate, calm down, and feel safe in our own body and brain, supported by each other.
In this special event you will learn about the impact of hormonal fluctuations on your mental health as well as the importance of calming down and regulating your nervous system through a series of breath work exercises.

We would like to keep a small intimate group, so please book in advance!
There are mats , towels and blankets available but feel free to bring your own!
and a journal if you like to take notes 💚
