Two hours to regulate, calm down, and feel safe in our own body and brain, supported by each other.
In this special event you will learn about the impact of hormonal fluctuations on your mental health as well as the importance of calming down and regulating your nervous system through a series of breath work exercises.

There are mats , towels and blankets available but feel free to bring your own!
